Consignment Return Policy

Please note that all consignment items are previously owned and sold on behalf of individual consignors. For this reason, our return policy for consignment merchandise differs from that of new retail items.
All Sales Are Final:
Consignment items are sold as-is and are non-refundable. We encourage customers to inspect items carefully before purchase, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been purchased.
Condition of Items:
Each consignment item is unique. While we carefully review all items before listing or display, minor wear consistent with age or prior use should be expected. Any significant flaws or defects will be noted at the time of sale.
Exceptions:
All exceptions must be reported within 48 hours of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt.
We will only accept a return or issue a refund under the following circumstances:
The item was misrepresented in description (for example, a major undisclosed defect or incorrect labeling).
The wrong item was provided in error.
Store Credit:
In approved cases, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit only. No cash refunds will be given.
Consignor Disclaimer:
As items are sold on consignment, the proceeds are often distributed to the consignor shortly after sale. Once payment to the consignor has been processed, returns can no longer be accepted.
